    Just returned from Hotel Solacante. What an enchanting little hotel, lovely rooms, staff are so accommodating , spotlessly clean, pool area lovely with the sun all day and the view is spectacular. Such a great base to explore Procida. Definitely on my list to return.

    Devi verificare imbroglioni . Ho prenotato e pagato nell we del 21 giugno per una copia di amici. All'atto della prenotazione hanno voluto il pagamento, pagamento richiesto nuovamente ai miei ospiti al check out. Scoperta la truffa ho chiesto il rimborso mai ottenuto. Segnalo anche che la struttura è pessima qualità prezzo. ATTENZIONE!!

    We hadden 3 nachten geboekt. De laatste nacht , op zaterdag avond , bleek er een verjaardagsfeest door te gaan op het terras met mooi uitzicht , waar je als gast ‘s morgens ontbijt kan nemen en ‘s avonds ook , indien gewenst avondeten kan nemen. Deze avond was het anders , de tafels werden verderop gezet in het gras , zonder mooi zicht vanaf 18 u. Wij zijn die avond in de buurt gaan eten , geen probleem. Toen we echter terugkwamen (22u) bleek het verjaardagsfeest een heuse fuif geworden te zijn ,waarvan letterlijk de houten raamdeuren van trilden op de bas-geluiden. Dit heeft tot 00.45 geduurd. De volgende morgen , bij het uitchecken, wilden we hier de receptioniste/eigenares hierop attent maken. Deze had hier totaal geen interesse in en zei dat dit in Italië normaal was. Zeer onbeleefd en denigrerend stuurde ze ons wandelen. Toen we de taxi namen (incl bij hotelovernachting) werden we door deze man ook nog eens afgezet omdat hij voor de rit ook nog eens 30 euro vroeg , we hebben 20 euro betaald. Ik ben normaal geen receptie schrijver , zeker niet negatieve , maar dit hotel is te vermijden.

    Nous avons passé quelques nuits au Solcalante et j'en reviens positif quoique un peu déçu. Le jardin/restaurant/piscine est magnifique. Pendant notre séjour c'était calme, ensoleillé et paradisiaque. La vue au coucher du soleil est délicieuse. L'emplacement est assez optimal sur Procida avec un accès en 10mn à 2 plages différentes. Vous pouvez tout faire à pieds quasiment, sous réserve de se faire à la vie de piéton à Procida... où les routes sont faites à la largeur d'une voiture pile poil et entourées de murs...Ceci étant dit, je me réjouissais d'avoir une chambre sur jardin avec une petite terrasse comme sur les photos, or seule la moitié des chambres sont ainsi. Le reste est à l'arrière, sur rue, et dans mon cas sans exterieur. La literie meriterait d'être changée et l'accueil assez indifférent. Barrière de la langue ou désintérêt pour les touristes ? je ne saurais dire.
