I stayed in a triple room on the second floor overlooking the sea, but I do not recommend the room for those with mobility problems, as some steps are higher than others in the first ramp to climb and there is no elevator. The room is quite spacious and stocked with useful accessories, cleanliness is acceptable but could be done better; I did not sincerely understand the change of towels for two people when in the room we stayed three adults. PS: the kettle for herbal teas was unusable as it was not cleaned of limestone... maybe try to clean it carefully between guests. Pool large enough and clean, although there is no constant inspection Service. Minimal breakfast, especially for the savory; for a matter of space, not everything was on display, including gluten-free products that I do not know if they were present. The location is quite convenient, there is a short walk from the b & b the bus stop and 10 minutes walk to the beach of Chiaiolella and the seafront. In the vicinity of the b & b there is also the possibility to stock up for meals with mini market, takeaway and takeaway pizzeria. Good Price quality ratio for the period I stayed.

The island is a Pearl set in a filthy sea That's a shame. Breathtaking views and then the disappointment of seeing a sea unworthy of such a beautiful island. I didn't know about such a degradation of the sea otherwise I wouldn't have come. I'm not coming back, unfortunately. I. Italy there are fortunately nice and clean sea places. However, I am sorry to see such natural beauty, defaced in this way. Do something to save the sea of Procida. Capital of culture and cinema are not enough. The sea is the natural element surrounding the island. If this is reduced to unloading ferry ships or private boats, without obvious ability or possibility of control and Contrast by the authorities is a real unacceptable sin for the citizen and for tourism and for future generations

we were guests of this beautiful property for a whole weekend in June2025, the group consists of 3 couples + 2 children and we were all very pleased with the stay. Impeccable service kindness and helpfulness are 5 stars, sincere congratulations to the staff , young and nice. The structure is really nice and the pool area a little corner of paradise. spacious and clean rooms; congratulations to Fabrizio and his staff ... for the great work! super recommended.

Managed to book this wonderful exquisite hotel for our last two days in the area. Travelled the short distance by ferry from Naples to the beautiful Procida. Short bus trip from the harbour to the hotel was really easy and stress free. Greeted by pleasant and polite staff who showed us to our room. Wow, beautiful! Then spend the rest of our day, by the pool, in the well manicured top class secluded garden area. The pool was fabulous, with incorporated jacuzzi jets at the shallow end. Outdoor showers and toilet facilities nearby as well as a well stocked bar. We were served by really friendly staff who made us feel so special. Already love this place and cannot recommend any higher! Well done to the staff and management here, we will hope to return again and again when visiting this wonderful area.
