The restaurant is the most desired spot on the island, the romantic port lets you drift into relaxation and peace with a restful dinner that tastes of the sea and lemon, since you have to try their famous, exquisite lemon salad. A delightful discovery!

Hotel in a fantastic location, nice rooms, and very courteous and efficient reception, with prices in line with the quality offered. To get 5 stars, it is missing: bedside lamps, a kettle, and a greater selection of drinks in the minibar since there is no room service, and a drying rack for the terrace for swimsuits and beach towels.

Stayed two nights at this hotel. Very beautiful and welcoming. The room view is beautiful, with a small balcony overlooking the sea. Kind and helpful staff. The breakfast is also good, and I don't understand some negative reviews regarding the breakfast here. Fresh and good products every morning. It is also especially very nice to have breakfast right at the small port near the sea. The room is also very cute with decor matching the hotel's style. The hotel also offers a low-cost shuttle service. Too bad it was out of order during our stay. I also found it good that we could communicate with the hotel at any time via WhatsApp, in case there were questions or requests. Unfortunately, besides having positive aspects, the room also has negative aspects: Personally, I found the bed and pillows too hard, and the bed also very small. Also, there is no full-length mirror in the room, just two small mirrors. For the amount paid per night, these are two points that weigh heavily. All in all, however, a good hotel!

Disaster. We thought we booked our two nights through the hotel directly. We later found out our reservation was handled by their third party reservation outfit and perhaps the hotel too. Turns out someone hacked into their system and stole vital confidential information on me. They knew everything about my reservation down to when and where to pick me at Procida port for my ferry arrival. So when I received the call I asked how do I know this is the hotel calling. Once they cited my ferry notes I felt comfortable about giving them my credit card number. This was going on late in the evening. Later I get an email written in Italian from the hotel about the hack into their system. I did a google translate and only then did I realize I was a victim of fraud. No warning in English. I responded to the sender of the email. I asked if under Italian consumer law if I am protected from fraud especially since the hotel or through its third party reservation system processed my personal information which was later breached. I asked several times and the person insisted the hotel is not liable. When I asked about the protective law in Italy I got zero response. Add insult to injury I got zero sympathy. No “we are sorry about the convenience” No discount or free dinner. Nada. Not once did they bring up the subject as if it never happened.
