    Poor treatment by a receptionist.

We stayed at this hotel the week before and gave an excellent review after a great stay. We decided to return a week later and the reception we received when we returned was shocking, the lady at the desk could not of been ruder and more unhelpful if she tired. We had called ahead in the morning to ask if an extra bed could be put in our room ( at a cost obviously) as our Daughter had been retuning to the UK but was to unwell to travel so needed to stay with us. The lady on the phone agreed but when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist didn’t not know and made a terrible scene about it. Our Daughter was already upset and unwell and this made her even worse. We spent 45 minutes at reception while she rang up many People and banged around the reception area. She finally took us to a room which was the wrong room and when I pointed this out it made her even worse. We do not know what all the upset was over as the room was plenty big enough for an extra bed and the delightful house keeper brought us an extra bed in 5 minutes and said it was NO problem what so ever. It upset us all for the whole evening. I have worked in the service industry for 35 years and nobody should treat anyone in the way. Shocking !

A fairytale location right on the Corricella harbor... the FAMOUS room is beautiful, meticulously cared for, and breakfast features good and delicious products served at the restaurant by the harbor... 🔝

Do not stay at this hotel. They are crooks. We made a reservation but had to cancel with ample notice due to a family emergency. They refused to give our money back. They were rude and hung up on us while trying to speak with them about our need to cancel. Don’t stay here. Don’t give your money to thieves.

    Very disappointing for the price

We stayed 3 nights here and while this boutique hotel has many nice features, we found it misses the mark on so many elements to deliver a 4 star luxury experience it boasts about on their website. Nice features: 1. Great location! The harbor is quaint, peaceful and quiet. 2. It has an amazing view - the harbor is beautiful and our room had a great view! 3. The bed is fabulous! So comfortable. 4. The bedding & towels are luxurious. 5. The junior suite was very spacious and clean. 6. Tv had a great selection of channels in many languages for news, etc. 7. Staff are pleasant and helpful 8. Breakfast was good! Nice choice and a great cappuccino with a very happy waiter. 9. Plenty of restaurants around the little port and streets to choose from 10. It’s a reasonable walk to the main port and other plazas. Things that missed the mark: 1. Wicker furniture on terrace & in the bathroom were tatty and broken. Replace it! They only have 12 rooms, it’s not a huge investment when guests are paying €350+ a night. 2. That chunky crochet foot blanket seen in photos on the beds looked nice, in reality it’s a shabby blanket that adds to the broken wicker giving an even more neglected hotel feeling to the room. 3. Peeling ceiling paint also adds to that neglected hotel feeling. 4. The soap dispensers were broken and soap bottles were very worn out & need to be replaced. Again, a very neglected run down hotel feeling. 5. No tissues in the room - left to blow your nose on toilet paper leaves no luxury feeling. 6. No kettle in the room is a huge drawback - the sunrise views in the harbor or so pretty but no possibility to have cafe until 8am (they did kindly provide one when asked, but really shouldn’t be necessary to ask for one. 7. The elegant restaurant delivers mainly on the expensive prices. Limited menu, and they were not serving a lot of it (no tomatoes, capers, olives, mussels or clams 😳) 2 small plates of pasta, 2 glasses of wine, bottle of water & one dessert to share = 83€. It’s also disorganized - told we could charge it to the room then made to go pay at the front desk the next day? Easier for guests if you just say pay now. 8. The spa I partner listed is a joke - it’s a 30minute hike there and the hotel has a very basic feel and reception was disorganized and couldn’t tell us what the options really were (what a missed opportunity!). 9. There’s no real concierge for helping to organize any boat tours or excursions. You’re given a QR code that simply lists every vendor in Procida. We found (by google!) a great boat captain and were able to have a fantastic day out touring around the island (Captain Banana!). The hotel should provide more service to help organize things, or don’t claim that they do. 10. The biggest drawback for us though was that we were told by the front desk the day before our checkout that there would be no problem to check out at 6:30am as, even though front desk hours are 8a-10p, the reception area remains open for guests to leave through and we were to leave the key on the front desk on the way out. As we left for our ferry at 6:30, we found that you could not leave through the reception area to the street (it’s locked). In addition, no response to the 3 telephone numbers for emergency listed on their information paper as “always available”. We were left in a panic scrambling to find a way out to the port so we would not miss our ferry - the only exit path ended up involving going down seven floors in the hotel to the port exit (and last 3 levels by stairs only!), then walking the length of the port to take 4 flights of very steep public stairs back up to the top street level with all of our bags (some 20kg!). This is unacceptable - we are a retired couple and can tell you it was a huge struggle!!
