An ideal location just steps from Procida's beaches

Panoramic terrace

One minute from the port

Vento di Mare is an intimate B&B on Procida the boasts an ideal location almost adjacent to the main port and just steps from where the ferries and hydrofoils dock. It's also within walking distance of some of the most beautiful beaches on the island.

The rooms are the perfect balance between traditional style and modern comfort, set inside a historic building with a typical island staircase but with recently renovated interiors to bring in the maximum light and make the best use of the spaces.

Guests love the view from Vento di Mare and from the B&B's three rooms - Maestrale, Tramontana, and Levante, all with either a balcony or terrace - you can take in the entire waterfront of Marina Grande from above.

Lovely stay by the sea. Nice room with a large balcony which looked out to sea with us. The room was beautiful with every comfort. Breakfast was fine and was served in the morning in the room. Nice location near Bari. On the recommendation of the owner we parked our car at a P&R for 1 euro per day where the bus also stops to the center. we were very happy with this tip as it is not very easy to find a parking space in the city. We highly recommend Vento di Mare!

The Bad & Breakfast Vento di Mare is considered, by reviews, as one of the best Structures in Procida. The rating is pertinent because it is a property located a few meters from the ferry dock, with excellent views of the Port and with impeccable cleanliness rarely found in other hotels (the smell of cleanliness is so intense and you can even smell it on the stairs). Well, the stairs are unfortunately the sore point. To access the 3 rooms it is necessary to climb about 50 steps (high ones) and of course make as many when you decide to go down. "You keep fit," you might say... However, it should be borne in mind that there may be elderly people, people with walking problems, families with strollers, people with heart problems, etc. Climbing 50 (high) steps with heavy and/or bulky luggage can create problems for many people and the risk should not be underestimated from a medical point of view. In its official portal the structure writes "Climbing the typical stairs of local houses, etc, etc" ... It is a somewhat sibylline description (to be able to say "we have indicated it") , but one that is careful not to specify that the steps are about 50 and are also high. Our choice was to lose the entire fee now paid , give up the stay and change Structure the next day (being physically unable to take those stairs). From this point of view our experience has been negative (and here we report it with the sole purpose of preventing other customers from facing the same problem as us). For intellectual honesty, however, the other positive aspects of the structure should be noted: exemplary cleanliness, cozy and well-kept rooms, views of the port, convenient location to everything (ships, taxis, buses, restaurants, bars, shops, etc.).

B&B just great! In front of the arrival of the ferries convenient and a stone's throw from bars and shops! But the most spectacular thing was the Maestrale room: sea view from two French windows, balcony with sea view sitting area and welcome drink! The structure is spotless, new and equipped with all the necessary amenities! Very large bathroom and spacious shower! The lady very kind and really very helpful and hospitable, provided us with all the information necessary to enjoy the best of our stay! We will definitely be back!

You get off the ferry and you've already arrived. Equipped with backpacks, a thermal bag, an umbrella and a little patience, about fifty high and tiring steps to the room await you. But then you look out from the terrace and you seem to be the masters of the island. Fantastic views, outdoor shower and Jacuzzi with chromotherapy inside. Every morning go down and take a nice bath at the beach of Silurenza (left), or better yet at the Lingua (right). Until 8:30 there is practically no one and it is a spectacle. After the muscle awakening, stop by the Grottino for breakfast, or if you prefer take it to the terrace and enjoy it there. Afterwards, arm yourself with an umbrella and get off at the port to take the L1 to Chiaia or Chiaiolella or the C1 to Cala del Pozzo Vecchio. I recommend the beaches east in the morning and west in the afternoon. Before evening, a ride to Terra Murata with the C2 is also a must. Don't forget the pizza at CN45 before you leave. Leave your luggage at the reception before the return ferry to take the last tour of the shops, or enjoy the slices of pizza that your partner left the night before with a nice cold beer at the Lingua. The location of the hotel and the availability of Paola and the girls are fundamental to all this. Enjoy Procida.. slowly
