Private yacht tour to Ischia and Procida

The boat ride around the island is Capri was wonderful. I little disappointed not to go into the blue grotto...the wait was long. A bit pricey for the boat ride,but the views of the different grottos were amazing. The 4 star rating was because we did not go into the blue grotto...main point of booking the trip.

We had an amazing experience on this boat trip from Sorrento to Capri. The captain and crew were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made the whole day seamless. The itinerary was perfect. We got about three full hours on Capri to explore, plus plenty of time to swim in the ocean. Along the way, we stopped at several incredible spots, including caves and scenic viewpoints, which made the trip even more memorable. They allowed us to bring our own food and drinks, and they also provided beer and soda on board, which was a great touch. While on Capri, they even arranged a delicious sandwich from a local restaurant—another highlight of the day. We were a group of eight (four couples), and there were two other couples on the boat. It ended up being a great mix—we all got along and made new friends, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this trip. It was an unforgettable day and easily one of the highlights of our time in Italy.

Everything about the actual trip was wonderful. Vitto was very personable and the driver (can't remember his name) was friendly and answered our questions. My only complaint is that we were told to meet at a different place for the tour than where they met. They finally called us about 10 min after meeting time to tell us where they were. Frustrating, but it all worked out.

Booking for the trip was smooth, and the communication about the possibility of bad weather was appreciated. However, the experience on the day of the trip was disappointing. We were initially instructed to meet at the Sorrento Sea Tours booth next to the Tabacchi shop at 10:00 AM. When we arrived, no one was there. We waited about 40 minutes before the skipper finally called, only to tell us we were supposed to meet at the dock instead. He then rushed our group to get on the boat. While we expected rough conditions due to the weather, the service onboard was not pleasant. We were not offered any drinks during the journey or upon arrival. We were given sandwiches but told to eat them outside the boat. Additionally, when another guest asked to use the restroom after docking, the skipper refused and directed them to find a place off the boat, which felt very unprofessional. Once we were off the boat, the skipper persistently tried to pressure us into using his friend’s bus transportation service around the island, even after we declined multiple times. It made the experience uncomfortable. Only after returning to the boat later were drinks offered. I asked for prosecco but didn’t receive it until the very end of the trip, just before getting off. To make matters worse, we noticed another boat from the same company nearby where guests were enjoying music, drinks, and a much more welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, our experience was the complete opposite. The skipper was also seen driving with his feet and smoking, which was concerning and unprofessional. That time could have been better spent ensuring guests were comfortable and enjoying the trip. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, and I regret booking this tour.
