Luxury Capri Boat Tour by Fratelli Aprea Lancia/Gozzo

Had a great time with friends for a two hour boat ride with Giuseppe. It was definitely a once in a lifetime experience despite the rocky waves. We enjoyed every minute of it. The boat was also luxurious and very comfortable.

We had the most incredible 4-hour boat trip around Capri with our skipper, Francesco. He was laid back, knowledgeable, and extremely capable when it came to navigating and managing the boat – we felt completely at ease the entire time. The experience was unforgettable and truly the highlight of our stay in Capri. Francesco couldn’t have given us a better day, and when we return, we’ll definitely book with him again. We would so highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Capri!

Found Caprì Boat Service on google while staying in Caprì. Was able to book a last minute full day trip two days in advance. Owner wasn’t very responsive through WhatsApp or social media, but managed to secure the reservation through their website. We met Captain Antonio at the port at the designated time and decided to plan our trip around Capri and making stops in Positano and Antonio booked us a lunch reservation at Conca Del Songo. Antonio was a fantastic captain super accommodating and extremely knowledgeable of the area - making stops along the way to inform us of the history of the island. Capt. Antonio certainly made the day unforgettable, Grazie mille, Antonio!

I booked with Capri Boat Service and had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. Due to horrible weather and rough seas, our trip was cut short, and the company admitted fault by promising me a partial refund. That sounded fair—except they never followed through. I reached out multiple times, and after initially assuring me I’d be reimbursed, they completely ghosted me. No replies, no refund, nothing. This is unprofessional and dishonest. The experience itself was already frustrating, but the lack of accountability afterwards is what really sets this company apart—in the worst possible way. If you value your time, money, and basic customer respect, I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
